These Terms and Services explain the rules for using GetToolFix and its calculators and tools. By visiting the site or using any tool on it, you’re agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn’t work for you, the best move is simply not to use the site — but honestly, there’s nothing unusual in here. It’s mostly common sense written down.

What we offer

GetToolFix provides free online calculators and utility tools designed to help with everyday calculations, conversions, and quick tasks. The tools are provided as-is, for general informational and convenience purposes. We don’t charge for access, and we don’t ask you to create an account to use them.

Using the tools responsibly

You’re free to use GetToolFix for personal or professional purposes. In return, we ask that you don’t:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with how the site or its tools function
  • Scrape, copy, or republish our tools, code, or content without permission
  • Use automated bots or scripts to hammer our servers with requests
  • Reverse-engineer any tool with the intent to resell or repackage it as your own

We built these tools to be genuinely useful and freely accessible. Please don’t make us lock things down for everyone because of a few bad actors.

Accuracy of results — and the important part about liability

This is the section that matters most, so we’ll be direct about it.

Our calculators are built carefully and tested, but they are tools, not guarantees. A calculator can only be as accurate as the formula behind it, the assumptions it makes, and the numbers you enter into it. We do not warrant that any result is complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific situation — financial, medical, legal, engineering, or otherwise.

In plain terms:

  • For anything involving real money, health, legal obligations, or safety, please double-check with a qualified professional or an authoritative source before acting on a calculator’s output.
  • GetToolFix, its owners, and operators are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or consequence — direct or indirect — that results from using, relying on, or misinterpreting a calculation produced by our tools.
  • This applies even if a tool contains a bug, rounding error, outdated formula, or produces a result that turns out to be wrong.

We take accuracy seriously and fix errors when they’re reported, but the responsibility for verifying anything important before you act on it sits with you, not us.

No warranties

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that:

  • The site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free
  • Any specific tool will meet your particular needs
  • Bugs or issues will be fixed within any particular timeframe

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t promise perfection.

Limitation of liability

The design, code, branding, and original content on GetToolFix belong to us and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You’re welcome to use the tools for your own purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or repackage the site’s underlying content or code without our permission.

Changes to the tools or these terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any tool on the site at any time, and we may revise these Terms of Service as the site evolves. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
